Organising Committee

Criteria for serving on our organizing committee:

  • Ph.D. holders with over 20 years of professional experience
  • Keynote speakers in at least 10 international conferences
  • CEOs/Managing Directors/Deans/Principals
  • Research experts

The Organizing Committee of the 47th WCASET 2024 holds the authority to make final decisions regarding the conference, including the allocation of roles and responsibilities. They play a pivotal role in selecting the conference venue, institutional partners, co-hosts, and media partners. Additionally, they have the authority to choose keynote speakers, program chairs, and session topics.

Advisory Committee

Eligibility to represent on our Advisory committee:-

  • Dean/Director/Principal with Doctorate
  • Professor/HODs with 5+ years Experience
  • Associate Professor/Lecturer with 10+ years Experience
  • Industrial Professionals with 8+ years Experience
  • Research Experts

There are two types of advisory committees for the 47th WCASET-2024. Professionals from the host country will contribute to the national advisory board. Professionals from countries will contribute to the International Advisory Board. Members of the advisory committee can contribute to the quality management and control of the conference's execution and flow. In the scientific session of our conference, the committee can present any creation. Committee members must be responsive in order to keep up with current research trends to improve the conference.

Advisory committee Authority to nominate speakers and Chairs of conference. create a student committee and assign tasks to that committee members committee. Responsibility to notify students, staff & Colleagues about the sessions, scientific programs, keynote talks and other academic activities scheduled in the conference and propose the venues and universities for sessions, plenary discussions and institutional visit. To recommend universities & institutions for academic partners.

Hospitality Committee

Qualifications for serving on our Hospitality Committee:

  • Dean/Director/Principal with a Doctorate
  • Professors/HODs with 10+ years of experience
  • Industrial Professionals with 8+ years of experience
  • Professionals from the host country

The Hospitality Committee for the 47th WCASET 2024 is responsible for providing information to conference participants at the conference venue. This includes offering general information about the organization's history and addressing specific requests from participants. The committee collaborates with other groups within the organization to create and maintain a calendar of events, which is crucial for booking facility space and keeping members informed about community activities.

Volunteers are assigned to assist with hospitality, registration, venue setup, and conference activities on a rotating basis. They arrive early for meetings, coordinate with event planners to ensure adequate tables and seats for presiding officers, audience, presenters, and activities, and set up the hospitality table while checking equipment and supplies.

Scientific Committee

Qualifications for serving on our Scientific Committee:

  • Dean/Director/Principal with Doctorate
  • Professors/HODs with 10+ years of experience
  • Must be a reviewer
  • Should be an Editorial Board Member of a Prestigious Journal
  • Should have served on a review committee for 10+ international conferences

For the 47th WCASET 2024, the Scientific Committee encompasses three subcommittees: the Review Committee, Technical Committee, and Editorial Committee.

The Scientific Committee plays a pivotal role in determining crucial dates and deadlines for the conference, including paper submission, review, author notification, and finalizing camera-ready copies. It holds the authority to develop the final conference program, assess abstracts for acceptance or rejection, and govern the quality of conference promotional materials and information sources. Additionally, the committee recommends study subjects, scientific subtopics, and specific audience segments for contact and invitation. In the scientific sessions of our conference, committee members can present their creations, emphasizing the need for responsiveness to stay updated on current research trends and contribute to the conference's improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying & understanding conference tasks and Committees responsible for them. To prepare and execute the Programme module and the scientific agenda of the conference.

To identify renowned the expertise in his research area for being a part of the conference and avail the services and benefits of the organization

The Committee members should identify promising sponsors, exhibitors to provide better B2B scopes and opportunity at the conference.

It is most important for him to be in alignment with overall program strategy and topics. Contact keynote speakers, Guest of honor and gain commitment to date and topic.

Work out details of conference presentations and assure the interactive nature of the session. Introduce Speakers presenter/facilitator at Conference/ work.

To identify the best renowned keynote speaker in that particular field of expertise.

Coordinate and oversee the conference work and the other activities. Importantly this means ensuring that deadlines established in the timetable for the conference are met.

In coordination with the Project Manager, oversee and review all publicity(social media, webpages, fliers, notices, announcements, posters, etc.) and make sure no discrepancies appear.

Use the committee to develop recommendations, get registrations conferences and help in execution of pre-conference and conference details.

To identify deserving researchers in his geographical location for being a part of the conference and avail the services and benefits of the organization.
