  • For students registering late an extra amount of $100/- will be charged.
  • Registered members are asked to intimate about the registration immediately
  • After completion of registration fee process, participant are required to send the scan copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us on or before the last date of registration.
  • Any modification in the paper will be not accepted after the final submission date.
  • For a Paper Maximum Upto 4 Authors/Co-Authors are Allowed.
  • For Attending the conference Only 1 Author/Co-Authour will be allowed if extra members are intrested to attend,extra Charges of 199$ per person will be charged
  • No Registration will be entertained after last date of registration.
  • No Refund will be allowed after 15th of August.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If the registrant is unable to attend, keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, following cancellation policy is applicable.

  1. 60 days before conference- 60% refundable
  2. 30-60 days before conference- 40% refundable
  3. No refunds will be done one month prior to the conference.
Refund policy

Amount can be transferred to friends or colleagues and they can participate on his/her behalf. Certification will be issued to the person who is attending the conference on his name.

Registration can be transferred to another event in the organization of his/her choice.

Note : Refund fee will be processed 2-4 weeks after the conference, excluding the transaction charges.
